All of our tents are engineered structures that are rated to handle between 50 and 90 mile an hour winds. Windswept has tents to fit every need from an intimate wedding of 75 people to a company picnic for 2000. When you rent a tent from us we will use our wealth of tenting experience to ensure you get the right style and size tent to fit the needs of your event. All of our tents our designed to be joined together, this gives our clients the opportunity to create a unique tent that is tailored to their exact needs. Our tents have also been designed to accommodate tent walls, heating, air conditioning, and lighting, this allows us to equip our tents for any weather conditions that may occur during your event.

The Rental Process:
The first thing we do for our tent rental clients is send a tent installation specialist to your property to take measurements and make suggestions on where your tent should go and what size tent you will need to accommodate the number of people you are having at your event. After we have all the measurements and have decided what tent will work best for you we will create a layout of what the tent will look like on your property complete with tables, chairs, walls, lighting, bars, and anything else you plan on having under the tent. Having a professional tent layout eliminates any surprises the day of installation and makes it easy for you to visualize exactly what you are renting and make any changes you see fit.
