Q: How do I reserve rentals for my upcoming event?

A:  A signed rental contract along with a 50% deposit are required to reserve your rentals.

Q:  If the weather is nice can i cancel my tent and get my deposit back?

A:  No, once your signed contract and payment have been received the rentals on your order are reserved for you. This means we may have to turn down other customers because we are holding inventory for you.

Q:  What if the number of guests i am expecting changes, can i adjust the tables, chairs, linens, and dishware on my order without losing my deposit?

A:  Yes, we do allow a 10% decrease of the rentals listed above without penalty as long as the contract is adjusted at least a week before the event is to take place.

Q:  How far in advance should I book the rentals for my event?

A:  If you have a specific set of rentals in mind such as are Stillwater tent and farm tables, you should book them as far in advance as possible since our inventory is limited.  If you are flexible on style of tent, table, and chair you can often book an event within two weeks of your event date. Generally speaking you should book as far in advance as possible to make sure we have the rentals and installation staff available for your event.

Q:  How big of a tent do i need for my event?

A:  There are a lot of factors that go into sizing a tent. A few examples are how many guests are you expecting, what type of table are you seating your guests at, are you having a dance floor? It is best to discuss your event with one of our event rental professionals so they can help you determine what size tent you will need.
